La Inviolabilidad del Derecho de los Extranjeros

Abstract

El artículo explica sintéticamente el marco legal que afecta a los accionistas y acreedores del exterior, concluyendo con los principales aspectos fiscales, así como también se comenta un fallo dictado por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación Argentina que revoca una sentencia que desconocía el derecho de propiedad del acreedor del exterior. The article synthetically explains the legal framework that affects shareholders and creditors abroad, concluding with the main fiscal aspects, as well as commenting on a ruling issued by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Argentine Nation that reverses a judgment that did not know the right to property of the creditor from abroad.
